• Willing to learn and participate in on-call standby rotation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve customer complaints related to mobile data, voice and SMS services.
• Investigate network issues, identify root causes and propose solutions.
• Monitor and respond to complaints across multiple channels with timely updates.
