Today Fix (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled Mobile Phone Repair Technician to diagnose and repair a range of smartphone issues. You will work on screen replacements, battery changes, charging port repairs, and water damage restoration, ensuring devices pass thorough quality checks.

The role requires hands-on experience with diagnosis tools and various mobile OS platforms, plus strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (SPM/'O' Level).
Proven experience in mobile phone repair, or a strong aptitude for electronics repair.
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing common mobile phone faults.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on various mobile phone models.
Perform repairs such as screen replacements, battery changes, charging port repairs, and water damage restoration.
Conduct thorough testing of repaired devices to ensure functionality and quality.
Maintain an organized workspace and proper handling of tools and parts.
Document all repair processes, including parts used and time taken, for inventory and record-keeping.
Advise customers on device maintenance and potential issues.
