Job summary

RHB Banking Group in Malaysia seeks an SME Banking officer to expand market share by acquiring new customers and growing existing PLM portfolios. You will manage accounts through disbursement and handover to the Portfolio Manager at CBBC, while growing SME deposits and assets through Program Lending.

The role involves cross-selling Group products and services, referring non-PLM cases to CBBC, and ensuring compliance with conditions precedent while maintaining PLM asset quality within acceptable

Responsibilities

• Enhance market share through new customer acquisitions and / or existing PLM portfolio.
• Enhance market share through new customer acquisitions and / or existing PLM portfolio.
• Manage / monitor accounts until disbursement; thereafter handover the file management to Portfolio Manager at CBBC
• Grow SME portfolio and asset through Program Lending
• Cross selling of the Bank and Group products and services
• Grow SME deposits.
• Refer non-PLM cases to CBBC.
• Ensure compliance of conditions precedent.
• Maintain PLM asset quality within acceptable threshold
