Petaling Jaya Marriott Hotel in Petaling Jaya is seeking a full-time Mixologist to craft beverages, greet guests, take orders, and suggest drink options while upholding high presentation standards.

You will manage bar inventory, maintain cleanliness, follow safety policies, and collaborate with the Food & Beverage team. Training support for junior staff and contributing ideas for menu enhancements are also part of the role. Evenings, weekends and holidays are required.

Qualificações

• Strong customer service and communication with guests and colleagues.
• Knowledge of F&B operations and bar service standards.
• Ability to support training for new team members.
• Foundational culinary skills related to beverage preparation, garnishing.
• Previous bartender/mixologist experience in hotel/restaurant/bar preferred.
• Understanding of responsible alcohol service and local regulations.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Professional appearance and reliability with a respectful workplace.
