Job summary

BS One Management Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance for computer systems, software, and hardware. You will respond to internal staff queries by phone, email, or in person and maintain daily system performance.

You will walk users through problem-solving steps, run diagnostic programs, resolve LAN/WAN and other network issues, install peripherals, and follow up to ensure issues are resolved.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance for computer systems, software, and hardware.

• Maintain daily performance of computer systems.

Job description

Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

Ensure every document are up to date and time to time housekeeping

Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
