Job summary

User Experience Researchers in Cyberjaya, Malaysia seeks a Level 2 technical support specialist to maintain high availability and resolve complex middleware issues. You will work with developers, infrastructure teams, and vendors to implement effective solutions, while documenting processes and driving continuous improvement.

The role requires WAS expertise, knowledge of webMethods, Apigee, and Axway, plus strong RCA and incident management capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in Level 2 application, middleware, or platform support.
• Strong WAS (IBM WebSphere) expertise.
• Advanced knowledge of webMethods and integration technologies.
• Working knowledge of Apigee preferred.
• Experience with Axway or similar API/integration technologies is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and RCA skills.
• Experience collaborating with developers, infrastructure and vendors.
• Good incident management, monitoring, and SLA-driven support.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 technical support, platform monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for complex issues across middleware and applications.
• Collaborate with developers, infrastructure teams, and vendors to define solutions.
• Identify recurring issues and optimization opportunities with up-to-date docs.
• Perform in-depth root cause analysis and coordinate with engineering for resolution.
• Monitor incidents and provide proactive and reactive support for stability.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and operational requirements.
• Support integration and middleware environments and contribute to service improvement.
• Maintain technical documentation and troubleshooting guides.
