The International School of Kuala Lumpur (ISKL) is seeking a proactive Middle School Office Manager to oversee day-to-day administration and operations of the Middle School Office in collaboration with the Principal and leadership team.
You will coordinate calendars, events, communications, budgets, and resources, while ensuring an organized, welcoming environment and high standards of service for students, families, and staff.

To support this purpose, the Middle School Office Manager plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and effective day-to-day administration and operations of the Middle School. The Office Manager provides strong administrative and operational support to the Middle School Principal, coordinating administrative processes, communication, events, resources, and operational activities to support the efficient functioning of the division.
The Office Manager shall be an individual with strong administrative and organisational skills and a demonstrated educational background who firmly believes in students and the mission of the International School of Kuala Lumpur.
Oversee the day-to-day administration and operations of the Middle School Office, including divisional calendars, scheduling, room bookings, resources, and administrative processes, ensuring an organised, efficient, and welcoming environment.
Provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the Middle School Principal and leadership team, including scheduling, correspondence, documentation, reports, and coordination of divisional priorities.
Coordinate the administrative and logistical requirements for Middle School events and programmes, including Open House, Parent Teacher Conferences, Awards Ceremonies, Promotion, Malaysia Week, parent events, visiting consultants, and other divisional activities.
Coordinate the Middle School substitute and teacher-cover process, including coverage, communication, records, onboarding and guidance, and liaison with HR and relevant stakeholders.
Serve as a key point of contact for students, parents, faculty, staff, and community members, proactively addressing day-to-day enquiries and operational matters and escalating matters when appropriate.
Support budget, purchasing, and resource administration; maintain accurate divisional records and emergency documentation; and coordinate with relevant departments to support Middle School operational requirements.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Middle School Principal.

Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage time by prioritizing tasks.
Expert knowledge of student information systems (PowerSchool) and data analysis software.
Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Personal integrity and management skills exhibited with confidentiality, initiative, and independence.
High-level admin support to leadership, performing a variety of clerical duties and skilled tasks including preparing reports, conducting research, and collecting data.

Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent
At least 5 years working experience in a similar capacity
Sound knowledge of technologies including but not limited to Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
