Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Adoption & Change Management Executive to coordinate and support Office 365 adoption initiatives, including training sessions, onboarding, adoption planning, reporting and communications to guide users through the implementation.

You will design and deliver training across Microsoft 365 apps, track progress, prepare PoE reports, and collaborate with project teams to ensure a smooth digital workplace rollout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or software engineering.
• 1-2 years in customer success or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships.
• Analytical mindset with ability to identify trends and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and support end-to-end ACM activities for Microsoft 365 and Copilot.
• Design, prepare and deliver user training for Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, Office apps, SharePoint and Copilot.
• Facilitate training sessions with moderation, attendance tracking, Q&A handling and engagement support.
• Prepare post-training documentation including PoE reports and adoption insights.
• Develop adoption materials such as slide decks, user guides, posters and campaign content.
• Support customer onboarding with solution awareness, training readiness and adoption activities.
• Assist in developing adoption and communication plans, training schedules and change enablement.
• Monitor adoption progress and usage trends; provide updates to teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers, trainers and customer stakeholders to resolve challenges.
