Job summary

Holiday Tours & Travel Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Executive to support MICE sales and operations, coordinating meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions from planning through post-event activities.

You will assist in selling opportunities, prepare itineraries and proposals, manage vendor relationships, and ensure seamless event execution with cross-functional teams. The role requires strong client service, communication, and multitasking under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in corporate travel.
• Good customer service orientation with the ability to maintain professional client relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Event (Sales & Planning): support business development, assist client relationships, prepare proposals, itineraries, quotations, and costing details.
• Event Execution (Operations & Coordination): coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, transport, venue bookings, and on-site support; liaise with vendors.
• Post-Event (Follow-Up & Reporting): assist with post-event evaluations, client feedback, invoicing, and project closure documentation.
• General Operations: adhere to SOPs, maintain documentation, resolve operational issues, and support business needs.
