United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd is seeking a KYC Specialist to proactively contact customers and collect missing documentation, ensuring compliance with AML/CFT regulations. The role focuses on guiding customers through KYC submission and maintaining accurate records.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and familiarity with KYC concepts. The position is based in Kuala Lumpur with on-site work expectations and standard banking hours.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively contact customers via phone, email, or other approved channels to request missing KYC documents and information.
• Clearly communicate the importance of KYC compliance and provide guidance on required documents and submission processes.
• Track and follow up on outstanding KYC requests to ensure timely completion.
• Accurately update customer records in the system upon receipt of documents and verify completeness and authenticity.
• Ensure all interactions and processes comply with regulatory standards, internal policies, and data privacy requirements.
• Address customer queries or concerns related to KYC requirements and escalation complex issues to relevant teams.
• Maintain logs of outreach activities and provide regular status updates to management.
