MYSense Marketing, Petaling Jaya, seeks a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads. You will collaborate with marketing and operations to boost ROI, drive growth, and implement data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities include full-funnel campaign management, performance reporting, and ongoing optimization. Strong analytical skills, budget management, and English communication are essential; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Minimum 2 years' experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Familiar with CTR, CPA, CPC, ROAS and conversions.
• Strong data interpretation and optimization skills.
• Able to manage five-figure monthly budgets.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Organized and able to handle multiple campaigns.
• Experience in Digital Marketing Agency is a plus.
• English proficiency; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, conversions, and engagement.
• Develop and implement full-funnel strategies: awareness to conversion.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and targeting.
• Monitor budgets and ensure ads run effectively.
• Collaborate with creative/content teams for visuals and copy.
• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting improvements.
• Assist with setup, conversion tracking, and reporting.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights.
