Job summary

Mysense Sdn Bhd is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead Google Ads campaigns from our Petaling Jaya office. You will plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns, driving ROAS and conversions while collaborating with creative teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Google Ads management experience.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPA, CPC, ROAS, conversions).
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
• Comfortable managing RM20k–50k+ budgets per client across multiple accounts in an agency.
• Excellent communication and teamwork; able to work independently.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, conversions, and engagement.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and audience targeting.
• Monitor campaign budgets and ensure ads are running effectively.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce engaging ad visuals and copy.
• Conduct keyword research, ad copy updates, and audience targeting improvements.
• Assist with campaign setup, conversion tracking, and reporting.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform best practices, and emerging digital marketing strategies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
