Pertubuhan Peduli Insan Malaysia is seeking a motivated Junior Meta Ads Executive to assist in planning, setting up, and managing Meta advertising campaigns.

This entry-level role is ideal for those with basic digital marketing knowledge who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to humanitarian marketing objectives. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply, with opportunities for mentorship and hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Fresh graduates with internship or up to 1 year experience encouraged to apply.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts and Meta Ads.
• Familiar with Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
• Able to interpret campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA).

Responsibilities

• Set up, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns.
• Continuously monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROAS.
• Assist in planning marketing campaigns and audience targeting parameters.
• Prepare basic campaign performance reports for the marketing team.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align ad creatives with goals.
• Stay updated with Meta Ads features, policies, and trends.

We are looking for a motivated Junior Meta Ads Executive to assist in planning, setting up, and managing Meta advertising campaigns. Key responsibilities

• Set up, launch, and manage Meta Ads advertising campaigns
• Continuously monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS)
• Assist in planning marketing campaigns and mapping out audience targeting parameters
• Prepare basic campaign performance reports for the marketing team
• Work closely with the marketing and creative team to align ad creatives with campaign goals
• Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads features, policies, algorithms, and digital marketing trends

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are highly encouraged to apply
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts and Meta Ads
• Familiar with Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite
