Job summary

ES Foundry Corp. is seeking an experienced MES and Equipment Integration Engineer in Malaysia to drive end-to-end integration between MES and equipment systems. You will coordinate with engineering, IT, and vendors to ensure robust data flow and accurate reporting.

You will design interfaces, troubleshoot system communications, and develop SQL-based dashboards while supporting production in a fast-paced PV manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with MES and Equipment Integration (EAP).
• Familiarity with SECG/GEM and OPC protocols.
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge.
• Proficiency in Python scripting.
• Good communication across cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of production systems.
• PV manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage MES system enhancement lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Provide daily MES support and production issue troubleshooting.
• Integrate MES with EAP and equipment systems using OPC/SECG/GEM.
• Coordinate with vendors, manufacturing, process, and IT teams for issue resolution.
• Design interfaces between MES, EAP, and ERP/WMS/reporting platforms.
• Maintain data accuracy and traceability across systems.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and SQL queries to support business needs.
• Ensure reliable data flow between manufacturing systems and applications.
• Lead digitalization efforts to improve processes and reduce manual tasks.
