Job summary

VDart Malaysia invites fresh graduates and professionals to join our account management and customer service team in Selangor. This onsite role requires fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia to handle merchant inquiries and complaints through Microsoft Dynamics 365.

You will coordinate with internal teams, guide customers through processes, and ensure timely resolutions. Mandarin is a plus. This 12-month contract offers growth based on performance.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 1–2 years of experience in related fields preferred.
• Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia is mandatory.
• Mandarin is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle merchant enquiries through Dynamics 365 and assist with product/service requests.
• Address merchant and customer complaints by identifying issues and offering solutions.
• Coordinate and follow up on requested corrections or adjustments for timely resolution.
• Act as main point of contact between merchants and internal teams.
