Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking a detail-oriented risk reviewer to assess merchants in the Business Seller Segment. You will evaluate identity, intent, business model, and financial stability while educating merchants to balance risk with experience.

The role operates across global teams with a focus on timely decisions, customer focus, and independent work in gray-policy areas, ensuring robust risk mitigation and merchant partnerships.

Qualifications

• Requires fluency in English and regional language.
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in similar role.
• Conflict management, multitasking, driven for results, creative.
• Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and working knowledge of external systems and PC-based internet.

Responsibilities

• Meet Our Team: Educate merchants in the Business Seller Segment while balancing risk and experience.
• We monitor accounts for risk indicators and merchant growth potential through holistic reviews.
• Mitigate any type of risk.
• Work independently in policy grey areas requiring strong decision-making.
• Perform holistic reviews and provide Merchant Education.
• Evaluate the Merchant life cycle across Identity, Intent, Business Model and Financial Stability.
• Wear multiple hats: Risk, Relationship Manager, Sales, Negotiator, Investigator.
