Job summary

Brightstar Computer Sdn Bhd is seeking a Retail Warehouse Executive to oversee receiving, stock transfers and stock control for our Kuala Lumpur outlets. The role focuses on warehouse and outlet operations at Plaza Low Yat, Bukit Bintang.

You will manage daily warehouse tasks, perform goods receipt notes, conduct stock counts, maintain ERP records and coordinate with purchasing, outlets and couriers. An entry-level background with a Diploma/SPM and basic Excel skills is desirable.

Qualifications

Diploma/SPM with at least 1 year of warehouse or inventory experience.
Familiar with inventory systems; basic Excel skills.
Organised, careful and accountable for stock accuracy.
Able to handle physical work.

Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking and dispatch
Perform GRN and stock transfers between warehouse and outlets
Conduct regular stock counts and serial number checks

We are looking for a Retail Warehouse Executive to run receiving, stock transfers and stock control for our outlets.

Job location:

Plaza Low Yat, Bukit Bintang, 55100 Kuala Lumpur (warehouse & outlet operations)

Key responsibilities:

Manage daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking and dispatch
Perform GRN and stock transfers between warehouse and outlets
Conduct regular stock counts and serial number checks
Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system
Coordinate with purchasing, outlets and couriers on deliveries

Requirements:

Diploma/SPM with at least 1 year of warehouse or inventory experience

Driving licence is an advantage
