Job summary

AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. invites applications for an MEP Manager on a data centre project in Johor. You will lead MEP coordination with trades, consultants and contractors, and drive schedules and budgets to successful completion.

Responsibilities include document review, risk management, change orders, progress reporting, site meetings, QA/QC, and commissioning of MEP systems. Degree in engineering required and 3+ years in MEP PM with AutoCAD and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• At least 3+ years’ experience in MEP project management.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft software.

6 days work week, 1.5 hours lunch break per day.

Responsibilities:

MEP project management, including coordination with other trades, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project completion.

Review of project documents for compliance with company standards and procedures.

Manage all M&E schedules, budgets, and estimates.

Coordination all MEP resources, both internally and externally.

Develop Mechanical and Electrical plan.

Identification and resolve the project issues and risks.

Management of change orders and contract modifications.

Preparation of progress reports and status updates.
