Job summary

Supreme Asia Engineering Sdn Bhd, a leader in MEP solutions, seeks an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee the design and delivery of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for upcoming projects in Johor Bahru. You will coordinate between clients, main contractors, consultants, and sub-contractors to ensure seamless integration and on-time completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in MEP project management.
• Deep understanding of HVAC, mechanical, electrical distribution, piping and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of MEP project stages from planning and site installation to testing and commissioning.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, main contractors, consultants, and sub-contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP designs.
• Monitor site progress, manage project schedules, and ensure all installations adhere to quality standards and local codes.
• Oversee MEP budgets, assist in variations, and manage resource allocation efficiently.
• Identify design clashes and provide practical, cost-effective solutions.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful delivery of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering systems for our upcoming projects. • Project Execution: Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of MEP project stages from planning and site installation to testing and commissioning.
• Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between clients, main contractors, consultants, and sub-contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP designs.
• Progress & Quality: Monitor site progress, manage project schedules, and ensure all installations adhere to strict quality standards and local regulatory codes.
• Cost Control: Oversee MEP budgets, assist in variations, and manage resource allocation efficiently.
• Troubleshooting: Identify design clashes and technical site issues early, delivering practical and cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or related field
• Experience: Min 3 - 5 years of proven experience in MEP project management within the MEP / construction industry.
• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of HVAC, Mechanical, electrical distribution, Piping, and plumbing systems. Familiarity with standard construction contracts and site safety regulations.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and sharp problem-solving abilities under pressure.
