Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting for a BIM / MEP Design Engineer to work on data center infrastructure projects. You will develop Revit models, prepare IFC drawings, run clash detection, and coordinate with subcontractors, engineers and QA/QC teams to ensure compliant MEP deliverables.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, has 5+ years of experience in construction or engineering consultancy, and is proficient with Revit and MEP codes.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Revit BIM modeling software
• Knowledge of relevant local and international MEP codes and standards
• Minimum 5 years of experience within a construction, engineering consultancy, or related environment
• Experience preparing IFC drawings and coordinated MEP models
• Familiarity with clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination processes

Responsibilities

• Prepare electrical and mechanical IFC drawing packages under the guidance of engineering teams
• Develop and maintain Revit BIM models for project delivery
• Conduct clash detection and produce coordinated MEP drawings
• Support the preparation of MEP BOQs
• Produce accurate as-built drawings based on site measurements and installation records
• Coordinate closely with subcontractors, engineers, QA/QC personnel, safety teams, and procurement stakeholders
• Ensure drawings comply with project requirements, codes, and standards
• Update design documentation and revisions throughout project execution
