Job summary

AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager in Malaysia.

You will coordinate with other trades, consultants and contractors to ensure successful project delivery and compliance with company standards. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field, at least 3 years’ MEP project management experience, and strong AutoCAD and Microsoft software skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in MEP project management.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft software.

Responsibilities

• MEP project management coordination with other trades, consultants and contractors.
• Review project documents for compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Manage all M&E schedules, budgets, and estimates.
• Coordinate all MEP resources, internal and external.
• Develop Mechanical and Electrical plans.
• Identify and resolve project issues and risks.
• Manage change orders and contract modifications.
• Prepare progress reports and status updates.
• Conduct project meetings and site visits.
• Quality assurance/quality control of MEP systems.
• Commissioning of MEP systems.

Job description

6 days work week, 1.5 hours lunch break per day.

Responsibilities:

MEP project management, including coordination with other trades, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project completion.

Review of project documents for compliance with company standards and procedures.

Manage all M&E schedules, budgets, and estimates.

Coordination all MEP resources, both internally and externally.

Develop Mechanical and Electrical plan.

Identification and resolve the project issues and risks.

Management of change orders and contract modifications.

Preparation of progress reports and status updates.

Conducting of project meetings and site visits.

Quality assurance/quality control of MEP systems.

Commissioning of MEP systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.

At least 3+ years’ experience in MEP project management.

Proven track record of successful project delivery.

Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, and Microsoft software.

Able to station inJohor Bahru.
