Job summary

DayOne is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager (MEP) to lead the full lifecycle of MEP construction for data center projects. You will coordinate with site teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, cost control, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include contract negotiations, design coordination with external consultants, and ensuring HVAC, electrical, fire protection, and plumbing systems are delivered to the highest standards and handed over smoothly to

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction project management within MEP/engineering.
• Large-scale MEP projects delivery with HVAC, power, fire protection and plumbing.
• Experience with data center infrastructure and IST testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MEP lifecycle from planning to handover with cross‑functional teams.
• Coordinate with site and contractor teams to meet milestones.
• Identify risks and communicate schedule, budget and technical issues to stakeholders.
• Lead MEP contract negotiations and monitor amendments with partners.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to local regulations.
