Job summary

Elco Advance Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor in Penang to prepare detailed cost estimates, manage contracts, and monitor project costs. The role requires 1–3 years of experience and a degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.

You will collaborate with design and engineering teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain meticulous project documentation throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in construction cost estimation, contract management, and project cost control.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
• Proficient in using construction-related software and tools.
• Medical and dental coverage included.
