Responsibilities

• Assist in overall food development process.
• Responsible for office administration and document filing.
• Update costing and product analysis.
• Write product feedback forms and communicate with departments.
• Perform initial product/ingredient sourcing.
• Liaise with departments regarding food development.
• Coordinate New Product Management Committee sessions.
• Organize sensory evaluation sessions.
