Job summary

Medants Technology Sdn Bhd in Subang Jaya is hiring an Associate Medical Sales Representative to join a growing healthcare equipment provider. Fresh graduates are welcomed and will train through a structured onboarding with senior reps, shadowing and hands-on product demonstrations.

You will visit hospitals and clinics, build relationships with doctors and nurses, assist in proposals and tenders, and manage accounts while enjoying a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Learn key portfolio of critical care, emergency, and patient monitoring equipment.
• Accompany senior team members on hospital and clinic visits to conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Build relationships with doctors, nurses, biomedical engineers, and healthcare procurement teams.
• Assist in preparing quotations, sales proposals, and tender submissions.
• Manage customer accounts and provide after-sales support to ensure product performance.
