Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan & Perundingcara Bright Prospect Sdn Bhd is seeking a Medical Sales Representative to drive growth by promoting healthcare products and engaging hospitals, clinics, and MOH stakeholders.

You will deliver compelling product presentations, build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and identify new business opportunities through market insights and competitor analysis. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Good understanding of scientific concepts, medical terminology, healthcare products, and industry practices is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage professionals and stakeholders at all levels.
• Persuasive, confident, and able to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Proactive, positive, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven sales experience is required.
• Experience working with healthcare professionals, government sectors, or the medical industry is highly advantageous.
• Prior experience dealing with private hospitals and the MOH is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to achieve business targets.
• Build and strengthen long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
• Deliver engaging product presentations and provide expert product knowledge to customers.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
• Expand and manage a strong customer portfolio by developing both new and existing accounts.
• Provide prompt, professional support by addressing customer enquiries and resolving issues effectively.
• Prepare and present sales performance reports, market updates, and business insights.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to plan and execute effective weekly sales activities.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and relevant industry regulations.
