The role covers Klang Valley, Johor regions including private hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies and requires regular visits to healthcare professionals to drive product adoption. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience or science graduates, a valid driving license, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or medical industry preferred; fresh graduates with a science background welcome.
• Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel within West Malaysia.
• Minimum qualification: Diploma or Degree in Science or related field (or equivalent).

• Develop and manage sales opportunities within existing accounts while expanding the customer base across hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.

Mega BiO-LiFE is looking for a Medical Sales Representative to work in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunities to learn and expand your experience and expertise.

Area of Coverage - Availabilities:

• Klang Valley (up to Northern area) - Derma
• Johor (All except Muar and Segamat) - GP (General Practitioner/ Clinics)
• Johor (All except Muar and Segamat) - Private Hospital

Job Summary

As a Medical Sales Representative, your key tasks include:

• Developing and managing sales opportunities within existing accounts while actively expanding the customer base across hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
• Achieving and exceeding ambitious sales targets aligned with company objectives.
• Conducting regular visits to healthcare professionals—doctors, pharmacists, purchasers, and nursing staff to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships.
• Delivering compelling product presentations and ensuring accurate, up-to-date product knowledge for healthcare stakeholders.
• Facilitating effective communication between customers and internal teams regarding orders, feedback, and market insights.
• Driving product utilization, encouraging repeat purchases, and identifying growth opportunities within assigned territories.
• Monitoring competitor activities, pricing, and market trends, and providing actionable insights to the management team.
• Maintaining and updating customer databases for accuracy and relevance.
• Preparing and submitting monthly sales reports, forecasts, and call plans promptly.
• Participating in medical events, conferences, and seminars to enhance brand presence and networking.
• Collaborating closely with the Marketing Team and immediate supervisor during field activities.
• Supporting market research initiatives for both existing and new product development.

Qualification & Experience
