Job summary

PHARMAFORTE is seeking a sales professional to promote assigned pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals within the designated territory in Malaysia. You will aim to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while identifying new business opportunities.

You will manage customer relationships, deliver product information and clinical data, and ensure compliant, ethical promotion.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome; training provided.
• 1-3 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; persuasive selling ability.

Responsibilities

• Promote assigned pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals within the designated territory.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Execute sales strategies and promotional plans effectively.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with doctors and pharmacists.
• Provide accurate product information, including benefits and clinical data.
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries and follow up consistently.
• Maintain strong knowledge of company products, competitors, and market trends.
• Deliver engaging product presentations and discussions based on customer needs.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and market feedback.
