Job summary

PHARMAFORTE is seeking an enthusiastic Pharma Sales Executive to promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals within the assigned territory in Malaysia. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and executing strategic promotional plans.

You will build lasting relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) while delivering accurate product information and clinical data.

Responsibilities

• Promote assigned pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals within the designated territory.

• Execute sales strategies and promotional plans effectively.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Provide accurate product information, including benefits, usage, and clinical data.
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries and follow up consistently.
• Deliver engaging product presentations and discussions based on customer needs.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, call reports, and market feedback.
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems.
