The role involves developing health facility masterplans, feasibility studies, and architectural design solutions that align with medical standards and client needs.

Key Responsibilities

Promote business growth through project analysis and strategic input.

Apply creative, out-of-the-box thinking for problem-solving.

Guide and mentor subordinate staff.

Support the Senior Principal in enforcing goals, policies, and procedures.
