Job summary

Gnosis Laboratories Group is seeking a motivated Business Sales Executive (Medical Laboratories) to join our team in Klang Valley or Johor. This full-time role will drive sales and build strong relationships with healthcare providers and medical laboratories across the region.

You will proactively identify opportunities, develop key partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic labs, and tailor solutions from our product and service offerings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience in medical/healthcare; fresh graduates welcome.
• Technical knowledge of medical laboratory business preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Own transport and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in medical laboratory services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic labs.
• Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions from our product and service offerings.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with lab operations and dispatch to ensure service excellence.
• Gather market intelligence to inform product development and marketing strategies.
