SYNERGY MEDITECH (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Medical Sales Representative to promote and sell medical products to healthcare facilities across Selangor.

The role focuses on building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth and expanding market presence in the healthcare sector. Based in Selangor, the candidate will travel to client sites, collaborate with support teams, and strive to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining professionalism and high service

Qualificações

• 2–5 years of proven sales experience in medical/healthcare or related B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry, medical products and purchasing processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within Selangor's healthcare sector.
• Build long-term relationships with hospital admins, managers and procurement officers.
• Present and demonstrate medical products with clear value propositions.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate contracts while ensuring profitability and policy compliance.
• Maintain CRM records of activities, opportunities and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly targets and provide market feedback to management.
• Collaborate with technical/support teams to ensure smooth delivery and service.
• Attend industry events to stay updated on developments and product knowledge.
