Job summary

Dyamed Biotech Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic Medical Sales Representative to join our growing sales team in Selangor. You will drive revenue growth by promoting our medical devices and solutions to hospitals, clinics and healthcare professionals.

In this full-time role, you will build strong relationships, deliver product demonstrations, provide training, and collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure compelling messaging and sustained customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven experience in medical device or healthcare product sales.
• Strong knowledge of hospital procurement and healthcare regulations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• CRM proficiency and MS Office skills.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory and a valid driving licence.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities, clinics, hospitals.
• Present and demonstrate medical products to clients.
• Conduct product training sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Prepare sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate contracts with key accounts while protecting profitability.
• Gather market intelligence and feedback for product development.
• Maintain accurate sales records and CRM data.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams on messaging.
• Attend industry conferences and events to generate leads.
