Job summary

Healthcon Sdn Bhd, a leading healthcare solutions provider in Malaysia, is seeking a Medical Sales Representative to promote a portfolio of medical devices to hospitals and clinics. You will build strong relationships with doctors, nurses, and procurement teams, and drive growth within your territory.

The role requires 1–3 years of medical device sales experience, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• 1-3 years of sales experience in medical devices or healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and explain technical products.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
• Valid driving license.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, nurses, and procurement teams.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to end users.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and manage the sales process from lead to closure.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, installation, and after-sales support.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
