Job summary

Life-care systems (m) sdn. bhd. in Malaysia seeks a motivated Medical Sales Representative to build relationships with government and private hospitals and healthcare professionals. This field-based role involves product demonstrations, opportunities creation, and supporting customers through the sales cycle.

You will travel to hospitals, present medical device products, train staff, and follow up on inquiries, quotations, and orders while maintaining strong pipeline and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in medical, healthcare, nursing, biomedical, business or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel and conduct regular hospital visits.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Visit government and private hospitals to develop customer relationships and identify sales opportunities.
• Engage with doctors, nurses, procurement teams and hospital management.
• Present, demonstrate and provide product training for medical devices.
• Develop new accounts and grow existing hospital accounts to achieve sales targets.
• Follow up on quotations, product trials, LPOs, tenders and orders.
• Support hospital procurement, product registration and documentation requirements.
• Provide after-sales support and handle customer enquiries and feedback.
• Monitor competitors, market trends and customer needs.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer follow-ups and sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with internal teams on quotations, orders, delivery and stock.
