Job summary

Garrison Medic Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly organised Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations in the medical device field, with emphasis on surgical set checking, inventory control, order processing, hospital coordination, logistics and sales support.

The role offers exposure to regulatory coordination, stock management, cross-department collaboration and training opportunities within a friendly, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in any relevant field.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Good attention to detail, especially when handling product and inventory information.
• Willing to work beyond normal office hours occasionally.
• Fresh graduates with the right attitude and strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure smooth execution of customer orders.
• Process sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices and other relevant documentation.
• Coordinate with hospitals, operating theatres, sales representatives and suppliers.
• Prepare and arrange orthopaedic implant sets and instruments for surgical cases.
• Ensure the correct products, quantities and instruments are prepared and delivered on time.
• Coordinate logistics, deliveries, collections and returns of medical devices and instrument sets.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with suppliers and the purchasing team.
• Track consignment stock and hospital inventory.
• Responsible for medical product regulatory affairs, licensing, and coordination with relevant regulatory authorities.
• Assist the sales team with product availability, quotations, documentation and case preparation.
