UpGrowth HR Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Operations cum Admin Executive to support daily logistics, inventory movements, and documentation. You will act as the bridge between internal teams, warehouses, and suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

The role emphasizes meticulous record-keeping, timely reporting, and adherence to SOPs while coordinating with offline pharmacy partners to manage expiry dates and stock rotation.

Qualifications

• Candidate should have formal education in business, logistics or related field.
• Experience or understanding of logistics operations and inventory handling.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily logistics operations and stock transfers with warehouses.
• Monitor shipment movements and resolve delivery issues and discrepancies.
• Maintain operational documents, records and reporting in SOPs.
• Support inventory reconciliation and coordinate expiry management with partners.
• Provide admin support to the Operations team and improve efficiency.
