Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in medical device sales or healthcare-related business development
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative sales approach
• Able to work independently, results-oriented, and highly driven
• Familiar with healthcare related industry is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the medical and healthcare industry
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, medical professionals, and key decision-makers
• Promote and present our range of medical devices and consumables to potential clients
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and conduct product demonstrations
• Negotiate terms and close deals to meet sales targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to support regulatory requirements
• Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
• Attend medical conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the company
