Job summary

Insulet Corporation is seeking a Test Technician in Malaysia to install, troubleshoot, maintain, and improve process test equipment across stations such as PCBA testing, Bluetooth, and laser marking. Qualifications

Diploma in Electric/Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
3–4 years of direct experience in PCBA assembling, test, debugging, and optimization of automated assembly equipment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced/high-volume production environment.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair electrical and test systems on equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks (cleaning, inspection, continuity, verification).
Document maintenance activity in the database and communicate issues to team members.
Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering to create maintenance schedules and resolve quality or safety defects.
Identify potential solutions for test or electrical errors and process inefficiencies.
Prepare reports and present technical work to various levels in the organization.
Create and train SOPs for setup and maintenance of test equipment.
Support operators with day-to-day adjustments and changeovers.
