Job summary

Insulet is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, maintain, and improve process equipment. The role involves documenting activities, coordinating with manufacturing, and contributing to process improvements.

Training and cross-training will be expected to enhance reliability across stations including lasers and inspection devices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on skills, a quality-focused mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or technical certificates.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality/safety basics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems on equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks (cleaning, inspection, lubrication).
• Document maintenance activity in the maintenance database and communicate issues to coworkers.
• Interface with manufacturing and corporate to create and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
• Identify and resolve quality, process, or safety defects.
• Assist in setup, adjustments, and changeover for production lines.
