Job summary

Valiant Global Ventures in Malaysia is seeking a frontline clinic assistant to support daily operations. No experience required, but nursing or clinic assistant certificates/experience are preferred.

You will work in shifts, including public holidays and weekends, and must stay calm under pressure while delivering empathetic, customer-centric service. Ideal candidates will have basic computer skills, strong communication, a professional appearance, and a valid driving license.

Qualifications

• No experience required; priority for nursing or clinic assistant certificate/experience.
• Able to drive and own personal transport with driving license.
• Able to work in shifts, including public holidays and weekends.
• Able to handle stressful situations with a customer-centric approach.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork; professional appearance at all times.
