Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end coordination of medical documentation and case follow-up.
• Handle medical documentation including Letters of Acceptance and redeclarations.
• Respond to inquiries from internal departments and external stakeholders within turnaround times.
• Provide general administrative support (filing, scanning, data entry).
• Generate and track pending applications for action.
• Engage with customers professionally to provide resolutions.
• Provide after-hours/weekend support for hospital admission coordination.
