Job summary

IXChange Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated claims professional to support our healthcare administration client. The role is based in Kuala Lumpur and focuses on accurate claim processing, PAF assessment, and LOG issuance while upholding SLAs.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years in claims or medical roles, a healthcare/insurance background, and strong English communication in a structured, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in claims or medical-related roles.
• Background in healthcare or insurance favored.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and promptly process claims, assess PAFs, and issue LOGs for assigned client accounts.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and compliance standards.
• Handle inquiries from members, clients, and providers via the benefits team hotline.
• Work independently while supporting the team’s daily operations to enhance service delivery.
• Manage documentation, verify information, coordinate with internal and external parties, and ensure timely follow-up for each case.
