AIA Shared Services Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Associate, Medical Claims for the Hong Kong Markets. You will review medical information, process claims accurately, and ensure service standards while supporting customers.

Fluent in English and Chinese (Simplified and Traditional) and with a background in biology or medical sciences is encouraged to apply. Prior experience in medical/insurance claims is a plus. Willing to work at IOI City Mall, Office Tower 1, Putrajaya.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Chinese (read/write Simplified and Traditional Chinese)
• Background in biology or medical sciences encouraged to apply
• Prior experience in medical industry, laboratory, or insurance claims processing is advantageous

Responsabilités

• Process and assess medical claims with accuracy and quality
• Review cases within pre-approval authority and document assessments
• Maintain transparency and clarity in decision making; meet quality/turnaround targets
• Demonstrate a customer-centric mindset and collaborate with stakeholders
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to meet business needs
