Job summary

AIA invites graduates and experienced medical claims assessors to join our claims team, focusing on life claims for the Hong Kong market. You will process and review claims, collect data, and ensure accuracy in the claim system while meeting quality and productivity benchmarks.

Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in Biology, Medical Science or related fields, strong English and Chinese, and be able to work independently with good time management.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or experienced Medical Claims Assessors.
• Diploma or Degree in Biology, Medical Science, or related fields.
• Strong English and Chinese; Cantonese is a plus; SPM Chinese pass required.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Process Life Claims / Corporate Solutions / Pre-Authorisation claims per guidelines.
• Evaluate data, prepare medical questionnaires and review statuses.
• Meet quality, turnaround time and productivity benchmarks.
• Prepare regular management reports and assist with data reporting.
• Develop procedures for data reporting and ensure data accuracy.
