AIA Shared Services Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia invites applications for an Associate role in Corporate Solutions—Claims, supporting the Hong Kong market. You will assess incoming pre-approval requests and maintain high standards of accuracy and speed within SLAs.

Fresh graduates with Health Science or Biomedical Science backgrounds are welcome, as are candidates with experience in medical/insurance claims processing. A customer-centric mindset and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.

Formación

• Fresh graduates in Health Science or Biomedical Science.
• Experience in medical industry, lab or insurance claims processing preferred.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Simplified and Traditional).

Responsabilidades

• Process and assess Hong Kong market Corporate Solutions claims.
• Ensure accuracy and adherence to pre-approval guidelines.
• Document assessments clearly for transparency and decision clarity.
• Maintain quality, turnaround time and productivity targets.
