Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a Claims Analyst to determine validity and authorize settlements of group health insurance claims. You will efficiently process and assess all claim types, ensuring adherence to guidelines and high-quality standards.

Based at IOI City Tower 1, Putrajaya, you will review medical and policy information, maintain clear documentation, meet quality and turnaround benchmarks, and continuously develop technical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Medical Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Strong ability to read and write Chinese and English for document review and claims support.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and assess all claim types with precision per company guidelines.
• Approve claims within your designated authority limits and policies.
• Maintain clear records of claims assessments for transparency and reference.
• Meet quality, turnaround time (TAT), and productivity benchmarks.
• Expand technical expertise by handling more claim types and increasing authority limits.
• Maintain an exemplary training record in line with the company's framework.
• Demonstrate a customer-focused and empathetic approach in all interactions.
