Job summary

The Luxe Clinic in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a passionate Medical Assistant/Aesthetic Nurse to join our growing team. You will perform aesthetic treatments, analyze client needs, and support doctors with procedures, while ensuring top-tier hygiene and safety.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Nursing or Medical Assistant, have at least 2 years in medical aesthetics, and excel in customer service. English and Bahasa Malaysia communication are essential; Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing or Medical Assistant is required.
• At least 2 years of work experience in medical aesthetics; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent customer service and ability to build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic treatments with a warm, professional customer experience.

Job description

We’re looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join our growing team as Medical Assistant/ Aesthetic Nurse.

Your role

• Perform aesthetic treatments while delivering a warm, professional, and exceptional customer experience.
• Conduct skin, body, and hair analysis to understand each client’s needs and recommend suitable treatments.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and medical supplies to ensure doctors can perform procedures safely and efficiently.
• Assist with and administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and other nursing procedures as prescribed by the doctor.
• Maintain excellent standards of infection control, sterilization, cleanliness, and clinic hygiene.
• Monitor and manage medical supplies, equipment, and medication inventory.
• Record clients’ physical assessments accurately upon registration.
• Provide professional recommendations on products, treatments, and packages based on clients’ needs.
• Follow clinic SOPs, Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations, and strict patient confidentiality requirements.

Who we are looking for?
