Job summary

The Luxe Clinic in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a passionate Medical Assistant/Aesthetic Nurse to join our growing team. You will perform aesthetic treatments, analyze client needs, and support doctors with procedures, while ensuring top-tier hygiene and safety.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Nursing or Medical Assistant, have at least 2 years in medical aesthetics, and excel in customer service. English and Bahasa Malaysia communication are essential; Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus.

Qualifications

Diploma in Nursing or Medical Assistant is required.
At least 2 years of work experience in medical aesthetics; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Excellent customer service and ability to build lasting client relationships.
Hygiene, safety and professional standards with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Perform aesthetic treatments with a warm, professional customer experience.
Conduct skin, body, and hair analysis and recommend treatments.
Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and supplies for doctors.
Assist with medications, injections, IV therapy, and nursing procedures as prescribed.
Maintain infection control, sterilization, and clinic hygiene standards.
Monitor supplies, equipment, and medication inventory.
Record clients’ assessments at registration.
Provide product and treatment recommendations based on client needs.
Follow MOH regulations and patient confidentiality.
