Job summary

Ann Clinic in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a nursing professional to assist doctors during consultations and aesthetic procedures. You will prepare treatment rooms, monitor patients and maintain clinical records with strict infection control.

The role requires a Diploma in Nursing with APC where applicable; 1–3 years of experience in a related clinic setting is preferred. Fluency in Bahasa Melayu and English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
• Monitor stock of medical supplies and ensure adequate availability.
• Maintain a clean, safe and professional clinical environment.
• Provide pre- and post-treatment care instructions under the doctor's direction.
• Support daily clinic operations and ensure policy compliance.

Job description

This is a nursing position in an aesthetic clinic setting in Kuala Lumpur. You will assist doctors during consultations, aesthetic treatments and medical procedures within the authorised scope of nursing practice, while maintaining high standards of patient care, safety and clinical standards.

Key responsibilities

Assist doctors during consultations, aesthetic treatments and medical procedures within the authorised scope of nursing practice

Prepare treatment rooms, medical equipment and instruments, ensuring proper sterilisation and infection control

Monitor patients before, during and after procedures, and promptly report any adverse reactions or concerns to the doctor

Maintain accurate patient records, treatment documentation and clinical records

Monitor medical supplies and consumables, maintain accurate stock records and ensure sufficient stock availability

Maintain a clean, safe and professional clinical environment

Provide appropriate pre-treatment and post-treatment care instructions under the doctor's direction

Assist with daily clinic operations and ensure compliance with clinic policies and applicable healthcare regulations

About you

Diploma in Nursing or equivalent recognised nursing qualification

Valid registration and Annual Practising Certificate (APC) where applicable

1–3 years of relevant experience preferred; candidates with more experience are encouraged to apply

Previous experience in an aesthetic clinic, dermatology clinic or medical setting is preferred

Fluent in Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin; ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong patient-oriented attitude

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Responsible, detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and patient safety

Willing to learn new clinical procedures and follow clinic protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

EPF, SOCSO and EIS in accordance with applicable Malaysian employment laws
